The UWS (United Welding Services) 90" topsider box is a rugged, large storage option designed for mounting on top of the bed rails of working trucks. The box contains a single 11.7 cubic foot storage compartment, with two outward facing side doors, and is constructed of 0.063" aluminum with raised tread plate texture. Additional features include: fully welded seams, a downward opening lid that is held at 90 degrees by aircraft cables, supports that attach to the bed floor, two stainless steel T-handles with locks, a dust seal and moisture channel.

Working trucks often share the common problem of insufficient space for tools and small storage needs due the vast majority of their usable space being dedicated to specialized work-specific uses and gear. The UWS product line of topsider storage boxes are designed to solve this problem by utilizing potential storage space atop bed rails where a box is able to be mounted.

The UWS TBTS-90 90" topsider 2-door box measures 90" (l) x 13-1/4" (l) x 17" (h) and provides 11.7 cubic feet of storage space in a single compartment accessible through two side-oriented doors. Following mounting of the box atop truck bed side rails (hardware sold separately), support legs (included) attach to the bottom, rear end of the box, and stretch down to the tuck bed to provide dependable support. The vertically-oriented doors of the box utilize single piano hinges along their lower edges with which they opens downward. Here each is held level at 90 degrees by two stainless steel aircraft cables, that together support up to 1,000 lbs. The box is constructed of 0.063" aluminum tread plate with fully welded seams throughout. As further protection from the elements the box features a combination of vertical, heavy-duty MicroSeal stripping at contact points between the doors and the box that help to seal out moisture, dust and dirt.
